Rental terms

In order to provide smooth services, Naigai Co., Ltd. asks customers who use rental products to agree to the following terms and conditions.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Article 1 (Basic Matters)

This agreement applies to the rental contract between Naigai Co., Ltd. (hereinafter Naigai) and the customer.

If this agreement does not apply, a separate agreement is required.

When using fixture rental, you agree to the terms of this agreement.

Article 2 (Rental fee)

The rental fee will be the amount listed on the website.However, this does not apply to long-term, large-volume transactions.We may quote separately.

Article 3 (Payment Method)

In principle, the rental fee (including various expenses such as delivery costs, consumption tax, etc.) shall be paid in advance.specified by inside and outsideTransfer to bank accountOrCredit card transactionpay withIn addition, the transfer fee shall be borne by the orderer.

As an exception, the orderer who pays the price by a method other than the above (payment after delivery, etc.) shall pay the amount stipulated in Article 8 (Cancellation) as a cancellation fee if the order is cancelled.In addition, the full amount shall be paid for the products that have been arranged and the externally arranged products.

Article 4 (Rental Period)

The rental period shall be as stated in the purchase order by the customer, and shall commence on the day the product is handed over to the customer by Naigai.

Article 5 (Extension of Rental Agreement)

If the customer requests an extension of the rental period by the day before the end of the rental period, and if this is approved by both parties, the extension is possible.

The extension fee shall be settled after confirming the payment method inside and outside the customer.The rental fee incurred due to the extension of the rental period will be the fee determined according to the extension of the period.

Article 6 (Preservation of Goods)

  • The customer shall use and store the rental products with care as a manager, and the costs required for this shall be borne by the customer.
  • The customer may not transfer, sublease, pledge, or set a security interest in the product to a third party.
  • Customers may not modify other products, change the performance, etc., or change the location of use with advance notice without internal or external consent.
  • We are not responsible for any damage caused by trouble after delivery of the product.
  • If there is a change in the address, etc. that has been notified internally and externally, the customer must promptly notify it.

Article 7 (Loss of goods, material damage, etc.)

As a general rule, the customer will be responsible for the cost of replacing the product with an equivalent product or the full cost equivalent to the repair fee for the loss or damage of the product that occurred during the rental (excluding wear and tear due to normal use). I'll enjoy having this.

In the event of loss, theft, natural disaster, or any other problem with the product, please report it immediately.

Article 8 (Cancellation)

The orderer can cancel the order at any time.However, we will pay the price agreed below.In addition, except in cases where it has been determined in advance, the rental fee for the rental period will not be refunded even if the terms and conditions are changed or canceled, or if the customer returns the rental product during the rental period.

Cancellation before delivery is as follows.

  • Cancellations on the day of delivery, the day before delivery, or cancellations after delivery will not be refunded.
  • If you cancel 2 days before the delivery date,50% of the payment amount minus 1,100 yen (tax included) as an administrative fee and a transfer feewill be refunded by bank transfer.
  • If you cancel 3 days before the delivery date,70% of the payment amount minus 1,100 yen (tax included) as an administrative fee and a transfer feewill be refunded by bank transfer.
  • If you cancel 4 days before the delivery date,90% of the payment amount minus 1,100 yen (tax included) as an administrative fee and a transfer feewill be refunded by bank transfer.
  • Cancellations made more than 5 days before the delivery date95% of the payment amount minus 1,100 yen (tax included) as an administrative fee and a transfer feewill be refunded by bank transfer.
  • If the sum of the administrative fee of 1,100 yen (including tax) and the transfer fee exceeds the refund amount, it will not be refunded.
  • Depending on the reason for cancellation, the refund amount may be reviewed.
  • Refunds are not available for productions and externally arranged items.
    However, if it has not been arranged at the time of cancellation, this is not the case.Please confirm when canceling.

 XNUMX-XNUMX Billing after cancellation

  • If you place an order with payment conditions after delivery as an exception to Article 3 (Payment Method), the following amount will be paid according to the scheduled delivery date and the date of cancellation.
  • If you cancel the day before or on the day of delivery, or after delivery, the full amount will be paid.
  • If you cancel 2 days before the delivery date,Pay 50% of the estimated amount.
  • If you cancel 3 days before the delivery date,Pay 30% of the estimated amount.
  • If you cancel 4 days before the delivery date,Pay 10% of the estimated amount.
  • Cancellations made more than 5 days before the delivery datePay 5% of the estimated amount.
  • Depending on the reason for cancellation, the cancellation fee may be reviewed.
  • For productions and externally arranged items, payment will be made regardless of the date of cancellation.
    However, this does not apply if it has not been arranged at the time of cancellation.Please confirm when canceling.

Article 9 (Cancellation of contract)

In the event of delay in payment of the rental fee or violation of each clause of the rental agreement, internal and external parties may terminate the rental agreement with the customer without notice.
