  • Do you have rental products that are not listed on your website or catalog?
    If you cannot find the rental product you are looking for, please contact us directly by phone or email.
  • Is it possible to rent for individuals instead of corporations?
    Yes, that is possible. We do business with both corporations and individuals.
  • What if I damage the rental item?
    If the rental item is damaged, please contact us immediately. If the item is damaged due to normal use, we will replace it or refund your money. If the item is damaged due to your carelessness, we will charge you for the repair fee or purchase it.
  • What are the forms of payment?
    Please pay by bank transfer to the specified account or by credit card. Your order will be accepted once we have confirmed your payment. If you have any requests regarding payment terms, please contact our sales staff.
  • By when should I place my order?
    Although it depends on the product and location, we would like you to contact us at least one week before the delivery date. Please note that some products may be out of stock, so we recommend placing your order as early as possible. In addition, we will do our best to cooperate with urgent requests or sudden changes, so please feel free to contact us.
  • Is delivery, loading and unloading possible early in the morning, late at night, or on weekends and holidays?
    We will respond to your request. Please note that there will be an additional charge for our non-business days (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) and outside of business hours (before 9:00AM and after 19:00PM).
  • Are the rental items dirty?
    We thoroughly clean the items with special detergents and thinners on a daily basis. Please note that as these are rental items, they may show some signs of wear. However, we always check the items before shipping and maintain them to ensure that our customers can use them comfortably, so you can order with confidence.
  • Can you consult with us about the layout of events and exhibitions (trade fairs), and proposals for necessary fixtures?
    Of course. We will consult with you about your exhibit products, the image of your exhibit, your direction, your budget, etc., and then provide you with the optimal proposal for your booth layout and the necessary fixtures. Please feel free to contact us.
