The following expenses are mainly incurred when renting fixtures.

These will vary depending on the location, scale and time of the exhibition or event.

In order to minimize the burden on our customers, we will provide an estimate after consultation with the customer.

About shipping cost

Delivery area

Basically, we mainly deliver within the metropolitan area and the Kinki area, but we will also deliver to other areas if possible upon consultation.

Also, depending on the type and number of fixtures to be rented, if it is cheaper to ask a shipping company, we will suggest that.

If the customer picks up and returns the product to our Kyoto warehouse or Saitama warehouse, there is no shipping cost.

Delivery costs, loading/unloading costs,
Others

• Delivery costs will vary depending on the type and quantity of fixtures rented by the customer, and the location of the delivery transaction.
• Delivery costs include high-speed fees, gasoline costs, labor costs, vehicle costs, etc.
• If you would like our staff to carry in and out of the delivery vehicle, you will be charged a loading and unloading fee.
• If you wish to set up the venue with a large amount of fixtures, you may be charged an additional fee.
• Additional charges will be incurred if delivery/collection is desired on holidays (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) or after hours (outside business hours).
